Lose Weight Overnight

Sounds impossible right? Yeah, it pretty much is. But sometimes on short notice we want to look or feel our best for a big occasion. And, if that's you right now, here are a few sure-fire tips to enable you to lose weight overnight.

Lose Weight Overnight Tip #1: Sweat It Out

Sweating your water weight out is a good way to lose weight overnight, as long as you realize that the weight you lose will certainly come back as soon as you re-hydrate yourself. While this method is effective, it can also be dangerous to limit your water intake or exercise too vigorously. I would not recommend using this approach, but it will work to get you looking slimmer. I have noticed a 7 pound drop in my weight before after an intense physical workout!

Lose Weight Overnight Tip #2: Eliminate Your Waste

Eliminating your waste is a much more safe and effective route to lose weight overnight than shedding water weight. All you need to safely eliminate waste is take a good fiber supplement. Fiber has properties which allow it to bind to fat and matter and carry it out of your system. Many persons carry as much as 15 pounds of matter in their colon and intestines at any given time, and its essential for your health and your weight to get rid of it.

Lose Weight Overnight Tip #3: Detox Your Fat

Detox is another great method to lose weight overnight if you're in a pinch. Body wraps give you the ability to stimulate the movement of lymph in your system and release fatty acids from your fat cells. You have to be careful in which wraps you use, as not all are effective. But, from an inch loss standpoint, body wraps can be extremely effective and also give you a great confidence boost for whatever big event might be coming your way.

If you have a big occasion coming up or a special event and need to lose weight overnight, I'd personally recommed: Lose Weight Overnight Body Wraps

Do You Want to Lose Weight?

If you want to lose weight, but think that it is a hopeless battle, then you are wrong. Maybe you are just going about it in the wrong way. I myself have tried many times to lose the extra weight that I gained after having my third child. I thought it was a hopeless battle that I would lose forever. Ready to give up and just learn to deal with the size that I had become, I decided to try one more time.

This time I received some of the things that I had been lacking in the past. These things were very important to me achieving my goal. Before this time, I thought that all I needed was to start exercising and I would lose weight, I tried this and failed. I would give up after only a month of not losing any weight. I tried eating less, but this was always difficult, I really enjoyed eating good food, and junk food was just simply an addiction. I could literally eat an entire bag of chips (large) by myself, as a snack while watching a movie. Once again I failed, miserably, the food just simply seemed to be calling my name.

Then at the start of 2008, on an offer from my husband, I decided to make one last attempt at weight loss, with the help of pills. What type of pills is not important, I bought them over the internet, and would not recommend them to anyone, as I feel they did not help me in any way. But, waiting for the pills to show up in the mail, I got serious, knowing this was the last try, I was going to give up and live with being overweight. So when the pills came I had come up with a plan, reading many articles, and researching losing weight online, and reading all I could of the success stories. Knowing there were other people out there in the same situation I was made me feel better. Information is always a wonderful thing, in any form. An article or a book, or a website, can help you to come up with your plan to lose weight, many of these are very useful. With knowledge on my side and a new scale on the way, I started taking my pills, and since they said that I should exercise as well as taking them, I did. This time I pushes myself, I would exercise until I was sore and sweaty, and then I would exercise just a little more. This seemed to be working for me. I started to see the pounds dropping off, nothing drastic but it was coming off. I was proud of this. I continued working out, almost every night, pushing myself as far as I could, or as hard as I could. Maybe I would have given up anyway, but my husband joined in and my kids joined in and told me how much better I was looking. This made me feel more confident, and with more confidence, I tried harder.

I also quit eating so much food. For the first few weeks this was the hardest part, I wanted to eat more, but I knew I shouldn't. I forced myself to not go back for seconds, to quit eating when I knew that I was full. I didn't need to go back for more food just because it was good and it was there. I am not telling you that any of this was easy for me, it wasn't even close to easy. But it did get easier. After a few months I don't feel like going for second very often, and now instead of having a whole bag of chips as a snack, I put a handful or two in a small bowl. I feel better about myself now, and about the way I eat. My whole family has slowly started eating a little healthier. Less junk food is bought while we are shopping, and more fruit is. The support is great, and the fact that I look decent, in my own eyes in shorts is very wonderful. I enjoy being able to go places without feeling embarrassed about the way I look, or the way my family feals about the way I look.

By the way, I only took the weight loss pills for the first month. I have been losing weight for four months, and I lost most of it percentage wise per month, in the last three. I continue to exercise, and this will probably be something that I will need to do for the rest of my life to keep the weight off. The exercise is not so much of a chore anymore, it is a part of my daily life, and I feel guilty on the nights that I make myself do nothing.

So if you are planning to lose weight, firstly research, read books, websites blogs, whatever you can find. Figure out what has worked for other people, and that should help in figuring out what will work for you. Secondly you should find some support, family or friends are great or you can even join a group online, as long as you have someone telling you that you are doing well. Just don't forget that once in a while you will stop losing weight, and sometimes it will take a few weeks of work before it starts dropping off again. So when I say support, I mean someone who will tell you that you are doing well in the effort department, and in the weight department. You also need to force yourself to eat healthier, don't quit eating all the foods you love, just eat less of them. I still enjoy ice cream, cake, chips, all the stuff I used to eat, but now I don't eat them as often. This makes them taste better. Good luck in all your weight loss endeavors, may they work for you.

Healthy Ways to Lose Weight - Eat More Slowly!

In your quest to lose weight, it might surprise you to learn eating your food more slowly can have positive affect on your body weight.

It seems the longer you chew your food, the less you will need to eat to feel full. Here are a few simple ways you can break the bad habit of eating too quickly and subsequently eating too much:

  • Try to chewing your food longer before you swallow. Many of us forget the first step in the digestion process begins with chewing. Then all that extra time it takes you to chew will also make you feel more satisfied before you've woofed down way too much food.
  • Don't even put more food on your fork or spoon until you have finished chewing and swallowing the food you already have in your mouth. An easy way to accomplish this is to actually put your fork or spoon down until you swallow and are ready to pick up the bite.

Miss Etiquette would tell us we should have been doing this all along. It seems this is the mannerly way to eat anyway and it will help us break the habit of eating too fast.

The French seem to have this down pat. First they have smaller portions and they take a great deal more time in eating that smaller portion. This helps them stay slim and allows them to savor each bite, but it also takes longer which allows them to feel more satisfied with that smaller portion. Like the French once you begin to eat more slowly, you will find you enjoy your food more.

Scarfing down your dinner is a sure fire way to pack on the pounds. It takes about twenty minutes for your mind to get the message your body has had enough food. You can eat a lot of food in twenty minutes if you're eating fast.

And last but not least, you should never eat until you are full; rather eat until you feel comfortably satisfied. Then, you've had enough.

This is just one of the many healthy ways to lose weight you'll find at Top 10 Diets. For quick and easy weight loss visit our website.

Lose Weight And Keep It Off - How To Change Your Behaviors And Create A Healthy Body Weight Forever

Losing weight can be achieved more easily by changing some basic behavior patterns. Once you accept these changes into your daily life, you will lose weight and keep it off for the rest of your life. Here are some ways to get started with changing your behavior and building new habits that will support a healthy lifestyle.

  • Take a look at your eating and exercise patterns and see if they were learned behaviors or if you have developed them over the past several years. Many times we do exactly what we were taught and this can lead to unhealthy choices. Other times we do what has become comfortable in our daily life due to stress, family situations, jobs, or health issues. Think back to the last time you were at a healthy body weight and felt happy and energetic on a regular basis.
  • Make a commitment to yourself to make some drastic changes in your life. You will want to discuss this with your family and close friends and ask for their support. It is much easier and more satisfying to make a lifestyle change with the encouragement of others.
  • Make these changes all at once. This means getting rid of all foods you will not be eating by giving or throwing them away. Also, begin walking the first day you decide to make this change. By getting started all at once, you will avoid procrastination and the need to make a change slowly.

This method can truly change your life. Cleanse your body of toxins and eliminate the foods you know are not healthy for you to eat. Begin to walk each day, and your transformation will begin almost immediately. Anyone can do this and achieve the healthy weight and energy level that is associated with this new lifestyle.

And now I invite you to find out more about losing weight and keeping it off by visiting http://www.FivePoundsAtATime.com to learn how you can cleanse your body and rid yourself of toxins to begin your life as a slender and healthy you.

Best Leg Exercises For Women

Here are the best leg exercises for women to do. You don't need to do the typical barbell squat or jog... or any of that sort of stuff. I have 2 simple exercises you can do that'll shape and thin your legs like nothing else.

2 Best Leg Exercises For Women

1. Walking on an incline

This is a great weight loss exercise that tones down and slims up the legs really quick. Walking on a flat surface sucks for weight loss. The results take way too long. But walking on an inclined treadmill or a hill are great for quick results. All you do is either find a nearby hill or walk on a treadmill that's inclined 10-15 degrees.

Do this for 15-20 minutes a day. Trust me, plain walking on a treadmill and incline walking are totally different. Just do it once and you'll know what I mean.

2. Jump on a mini-trampoline

Jumping on a mini-trampoline is my favorite exercise. It's probably the best exercise you can do to rejuvenate all of your body's cells. The jumping is really good for your legs. You barely have to jump too... an inch is more than enough to get great results.

What I like to do is jump on the mini-trampoline during 2 minute tv commercials. Since a 1 hour tv show has between 20-22 minutes of commercials, I can easily get in 20 minutes of cardio everyday without having to schedule a workout that'll block off a big chunk of my time.

Try these exercises because they're 2 of the best leg exercises women can do to shape and tone their legs.

If you're sick and tired of getting the same old boring and tired weight loss advice while getting the best legs you can get... you know, like "Eat more fruits and vegetables, jog, drink 8 glasses of water, exercise more, and blah blah blah"... then you found the right person. I'll make weight loss easy and enjoyable for you... AND NOT BORING!

First, click http://www.weightlossguide4women.com to get your free 19-page report "How Spinning Around in a Circle Like a 4-year old Child will Skyrocket your Weight Loss Success". This will give you a jumpstart on how to lose 10 pounds fast.

Second... after you get the free report, you'll be sent inside my website for even more unique and little known weight loss tips, tricks, techniques, and tactics. These unconventional tricks are a "shortcut" way on how to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks... no mention of eating carrots or celery. I promise.

Third, with my advice, you won't starve, have to go to the gym ever, or basically do anything that is a hassle for your busy life. Listen, I understand you want great legs (try the best leg exercises for women noted above) and to lose weight without changing much in your diet or exercise plans... I get it. I have this completely covered. I've worked with over 3,700 clients. I know a 1 size fits all plan doesn't work. So I've come up with lots of "tricks" to personalize weight loss specifically for you and your lifestyle.

Fourth... there is no fourth. Just enjoy the free report and my website. If you don't lose 10 pounds with just my free information... I'd be amazingly surprised!

Can I Use the Law of Attraction to Lose Weight?

Do you live in a body you love?

For many years I hated my body. I was obese, depressed and ill. I didnt want to be seen or touched because that meant others would notice my fat. I wanted to lose 50 pounds, but I thought that losing weight meant deprivation. Now I know that losing weight doesnt require deprivation, but losing weight in a healthy manner does require you to love and appreciate yourself.

After losing over 60 pounds (instead of just 50), I now realize that you cannot hate yourself and create a healthy body. To live in a healthy body you must love and care for yourself.

Many people in the United States, and around the world, have been introduced to the Law of Attraction thru the book and/or the movie, The Secret. The book contains some information about attracting weight loss, but most people that I have spoken with have a hard time putting that into action on their own.

One reason it can be hard for so many is because of personal underlying beliefs. The Secret states that You must imagine, pretend, act as if, make believe, that the perfect weight is yours.

The problem with that statement is that most people have underlying beliefs that cancel out the vibrations from the thoughts they are pretending, causing them to lose heart and give up before they can turn their pretend thoughts into feeling beliefs.

Another confusing statement from the book is Dont buy clothes at your current weight. Having read that statement can create a lot of anxiety in someone who is overweight and has a need for new clothes NOW. Law of Attraction cant bring you the good you want when you are feeling bad and full of anxiety.

Personally, it was a positive experience for me to purchase new clothes when I was ready to lose weight. I decided that I needed to dress well in clothes that fit me and made me feel good. I had to find that feeling place of loving my body.

We are all unique individuals. We have all lived our own life and we interpret the occurrences in our life thru our own eyes, our own personal beliefs. The Law of Attraction works for everyone, every time, but we arent all coming from the same base of beliefs and experiences.

Some people can take the advice to not buy clothes at their current weight and move toward the weight they desire. Others can take that same piece of advice and feel unworthy of feeling good, unworthy of looking nice. They might focus on the idea of I look bad.

Before I could let go of my excess weight, I had to begin to love my body. I began by thoughtfully answering this difficult question: What are 5 things that you love about your body right now?

That question was almost painful for me to answer. I had put so much energy into hating my fat body! When I was finally able to come up with five things that I could love about my body, and I began feeling grateful for the good in my body, that was when I began to find some love and caring for myself.

With the Law of Attraction, love and gratitude allow you to be open to receive the good you desire.

You can lose weight using the law of attraction, but you must feel your way through it. If it doesnt feel good to stop buying clothes in your size, find what will work for you and still feel good. Maybe its just a matter of buying clothes that fit well and not worrying about the size; maybe you buy new clothes and use a permanent marker to alter the size on the tag. (A size 18 can easily be made to look like a size 10.) Does it make you feel good?

If it doesnt feel right to cover the numbers on your scale with your goal weight, then find what does feel right for you. Maybe it feels better to watch the numbers going down week by week. Maybe you visualize the numbers scrolling down to a lower number and feel excited and happy.

You are the one attracting in your life. Work with your beliefs and appreciate every good thing in your life. Be conscious of how you feel and always choose ease over struggle!

If you need some support to help you move more quickly toward your goal, I suggest you hire a life coach.

What is a Calorie? And Do We Really Need to Count Them to Lose Weight?

The biggest buzz word in nutrition has always been Calories. The thing dieters' fear most is also the thing that makes us work. So what is a calorie? A calorie is the energy value of food, to be more precise it is the amount of energy it takes to heat 1 litre of water 1 Degree Celsius. It is the energy that gives us life so why is this vital energy the thing that is feared by all.

At the most basic level to maintain weight we need to take in as many calories as we will use, if we eat more we gain weight, if we eat less we lose weight. That's if we keep it basic, for those of you who have tried to lose weight know it is not that easy there are many physical and mental processes working against you.

Many of these processes come from the body's desire to save energy in case of famine. Throughout history the human race has been subject to periods of extreme famine and times of plenty, it is only through modern farming, the import and growth of crops in different areas, irrigation and food preservation techniques that now the western world has a constant food supply in fact we now have more food than we need.

If you want to gain fat, most people will find it quite easy (although not always healthy) just eat and do nothing and your body will store it. In the past people would eat more when it was available so that if they were hit by a drought and ran out of food, their body had enough stored energy to cope with the deficit until the food supply increased and the process would repeat.

These days unless you live in extreme poverty this is no longer a concern for you, although for your body thousands of years of adaptation have allowed the body to become very good at storing calories and your body will see a drop in calories as a possible famine. One of the big reasons dieting wont works is if the body will work to maintain its energy stores by lowering the metabolism (energy output) so that more is saved for the essential processes of the body. The body then sends us signals that tell us to eat, logical right? People starving for food can do very desperate things, in fact Australia was built by British people sent here as a punishment for small crimes such as stealing bread, hunger consumes the mind until the body gets what it needs: more calories to maintain your body weight or even extra calories to get you through the next famine.

So if this is happening how do people actually lose weight and keep it off? The answer lies in the following key areas:

- Don't over eat anything

- Exercise every day

- Eat good quality calories

Eating too much of anything, from fast food to tofu, will make you store fat. Listen to your body and don't listen to food additives, take care with foods with added chemicals, sugar, fats and salts as these will tell your body to eat more. Eat so you don't feel hungry but not so that you are full and lethargic after meals food should make you feel good not tired. You won't need to count the calories you eat just listen to what your body is telling you.

Exercise is the only way to lose fat, be healthy and maintain your weight long term. Once you are moderately and listening to your body so that your not hungry, never eat less than your body needs to keep your body functioning properly. Your body needs energy and essential nutrients to make you function properly eat less and you will feel tired and risk putting the weight back on. Exercising allows you to directly burn stored energy without taking resources away from the essential functions of your body.

The real secret in long term weight loss and being healthy is in the quality of the calories you eat. Every calorie you eat should be giving your body tools it needs use in your body, the nutrients you get from food allow your body to make everything that it needs to make your body healthy and function at its peak. Chemical preparation, preservation and refinement of food lowers the nutrient value of most foods. So you still get energy but without the tools your body needs to put it to use effectively. Always eat mostly unrefined food as close to its natural source as possible, lots of fresh, clean vegetables are always the best thing for making you feel your best, but also make sure your proteins (animal products, nuts and legumes) come from clean sources. Quality is the key!

Ways to Lose Weight Fast - Is Fat Loss 4 Idiots a Scam?

Ever since I've come across this diet, people have been asking me, "Is Fat Loss 4 Idiots a scam?". These people are really desperate to lose weight quickly and are looking for ways to lose weight fast. It's got a money back guarantee (more on that and how it works at the end of this article), which certainly helps make it look good. But what kind of system does the diet use, and does it sound doable?

What exactly is the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet? How does it work? They say it works by something called calorie switching. You're supposed to eat different kinds of calories during different parts of the week. Once your body gets used to burning certain kinds of calories, you switch over to another kind. This manipulates fat-burning hormones, they claim, to get your body burning fat nearly all the time. It's supposed to keep your metabolism and energy levels high which is a good way to lose weight fast.

How does the diet claim to do this? It gives you a web-based meal generator and, based on your input, spits out the four (instead of three) meals for you to eat, in eleven-day periods (and then gives you three "party days", where you can eat whatever you want). Here's a sample of the kind of meal plans it can give you:

Here is just one sample meal plan:

Day 1

Meal 1: Flavored Oatmeal
Meal 2: Tuna Salad
Meal 3: Sandwich (any type)
Meal 4: Scrambled Eggs

Day 2

Meal 1: Banana Milk Shake
Meal 2: Chicken
Meal 3: Eggs, Mixed Vegetables
Meal 4: Cottage Cheese

Day 3

Meal 1: Chicken
Meal 2: Fruit Salad
Meal 3: Fish Filet
Meal 4: Cottage Cheese

Then you move on to different kinds of calories, which is supposed to keep your body "switching gears" in a way that keeps burning fat. But does this really help you lose weight, or is Fat Loss 4 Idiots a scam? Plenty of people say it's helped them out. Others are more critical. If you're both serious and desperate to lose weight quickly, it could be an option to try.

If you try it and don't lose weight, there is a money-back guarantee. Fat Loss for Idiots is sold through ClickBank, an information product provider that offers money-back guarantees on EVERY product they sell. People who sell their products through ClickBank know this fact. They know that, should their product not be all it's hyped up to be, ClickBank will charge the refund back to their account. You can get buried in a system like that, just selling crap. Personally I think that, since the diet has been around since 2005, it's legit.

But you should not take anybody else word for it. If you're really serious about losing weight, you'll just have to try the system out and see.

Lose Weight Forever

I'm going to give you the biggest secret of all if you want to lose weight forever:

Eat less, move more.
There is no better way to lose weight than to follow this principle. Pages and pages and books and books of information have been written about losing weight, getting rid of fat and getting in shape, but what they all boil down to is consuming fewer calories than you burn off by exercise. The secret to this method of losing weight forever is to do it without starving yourself and suffering all the discomfort and mood swings that being constantly hungry will bring you.

The second secret to losing weight forever is to sustain your efforts over a long period of time. It is all too easy to lose weight fast, become excited that you have done so and then slip back into your old eating and exercise habits and gain the weight again. This is classic weight yo-yo that so many people suffer from and causes you to jump from fad diet to fad diet, hoping that this time it will keep the weight off. Nothing will make you yo-yo your weight and destroy your self esteem like this.

Discipline and goal setting are the most important factors here. You need short, medium and long term goals, and you need to have discipline to stick with the plan. It takes at least 6 months for new behavior to become "burned in" and be a habit. Until you reach the point where your new eating and exercise plan is habit, you have to remind yourself constantly to stick with it and not give up. This can be very difficult, especially when the novelty of your new weight loss program has worn off, and you are into your third and forth month. The other problem is that very often, losing the initial few pounds is much easier than the last few. Don't get despondent if you seem to be losing weight slower as you get further into your program. The key is to stick with it, look ahead to your goals and don't be afraid to look back and see how far you have come.

To keep yourself motivated, keep a scrapbook. Take a picture of yourself every week and paste them into your scrapbook so you can see how much weight you've managed to lose and how great you look compared to your old self. You can record your weight and mood in the scrapbook as well as an added incentive.

Remember, stay disciplined, eat less, move more and you will lose weight forever.

Lose Weight Successfully With Patience and Clear Goals

Most often, when someone decides to lose weight, they set a really big goal. Sometimes this goal is not realistic, or simply overwhelming. One may think, "I need to lose forty pounds". Well that's great, but nobody loses forty pounds overnight, despite the many magazine and television advertisements that seem to portray it this way.

Successful weight loss takes time. The more gradual the weight loss, the more likely the weight loss will be maintained over time. The longer the excess weight stays off, the more it benefits your health. As you complete specific goals that you set, you are gradually achieving the weight loss. If you shift how you view your weight reduction program as one that is a "journey" as opposed to a temporary burden, you will find long-term success.

The National Weight Control Registry (NWCR) is an observational study of individuals successful at long-term maintenance of weight loss. Individuals are eligible for participation in the registry if they have maintained a loss of at least 30 pounds for one year or longer. The Registry points to several common factors in successful weight loss: Ninety-eight percent of Registry participants report that they modified their food intake in some way to lose weight; Ninety-four percent increased their physical activity, with the most frequently reported form of activity being walking; While there is some variety in how NWCR members keep the weight off, most report continuing to maintain a low calorie, low fat diet and doing high levels of activity; Healthy habits include eating breakfast daily, self-weighing once per week, watching less than ten hours of television weekly, and exercising one hour daily on average.

Numerous studies have shown that these key components to a successful weight loss program: Calorie reduction, regular exercise, support, and self-monitoring. Some individuals are able to do this on their own, but most need some support. Self-monitoring is important, but it can be even more meaningful when a professional is also guiding you.

You also want to enjoy eating. One study showed that successful subjects who kept weight off for longer periods reported less effort and attention was required to diet and maintain the weight. Duration of weight loss was associated with greater pleasure of weight maintenance. Could this study suggest that participants actually "thought less" about their weight loss program? Perhaps they did not obsess about it, but instead just took small steps toward a long-term goal? Often individuals become fixated on the need to lose weight, and the feeling that they are being deprived of foods they enjoy can manifest into negative feelings that are then associated with the attempt to lose weight. Perhaps individuals who make smaller changes and do not focus on weight loss, but instead on specific goals (to eat more fruit or to walk sixty more minutes a week, for instance) achieve results and feel good about themselves.

So when it comes to weight loss, you are in charge. If you choose to lose weight, you can lose weight, when you are ready to do so. Realize that this is going to take some time, but it will be worth it. Find a registered dietitian or nutrition coach to help you set and achieve your weight loss goals, and you will be one step closer to a healthier you.

Want to Know How to Lose Weight Efficiently? 5 Things You Can Do

Many of my life coaching clients were struggling to lose weight and keep it off, and wondered why it was so hard for them. Most of them hated to exercise, so I decided to do some research and see if I could find a more efficient way to lose weight.

I then came across the Fit Yummy Mummy program that talked about a smart and efficient way to lose weight through specific exercises. Of course there were some dietry changes required as well (as would be expected) but it was the exercise that intrigued me.

What I found most intriguing was that the amount of exercise required to efficiently lose weight was a lot less than I expected. I was amazed!

So here's what I learned:

- You only need to spend a maximum of 15 minutes a day, 6 days a week or 30 minutes a day, 3 days a week (or other variations) exercising. That's a total of 90 minutes a week.

- Resistance training is a must. Resistance training involves using those muscles in exercises such as squats, pushups, lunges, bench press, and many more.

- Interval training is also a must. Interval training involves going hard for a certain period of time, then slowing down enough to catch your breath, before going hard again. Each interval session should not go longer than 15 minutes total. I do 40 seconds hard followed by 40 seconds slow, and repeat.

- Performing a combination of these exercises will elevate your metabolism for 24 hours or more, meaning you burn a lot more calories than if you spent a significant amount of time on a treadmill for example where you only burn extra calories during the exercise but your metabolism returns to normal when you stop exercising.

- Doing 15 minutes of each type of exercise (resistance and intervals), 3 times a week is the most efficient way to lose weight.

Who would have believed that some people are doing too much exercise? I've tried this program (in fact, I'm in week 6 of the program right now!) and it works! Click on the links below to learn more.

Get Rid of the Toxins and Lose Weight Fast

Have you ever asked yourself this question, why is it today we have more obese people? Up 67% of the population are overweight today. There were a great lot less many years ago. A few, but in no way were they around as they are today, and believe me it will get worse. It will not get any better unless people educate themselves. Unless they know why this is happening, the problem will continue to grow.

Think of this; in the 1950 and 60s we never had so many obese people as we have today. In fact, I believe people did not get fat, they just did not like to draw attention to themselves. I guess there were one or two around, however not too many. Dont tell me it was because some of us did not have enough to eat, because even then we had those who were financially comfortable but did look after themselves. Their health and well being was as it should be.

We did not see overweight people as we see today. I recall I went to Las Vegas and observed numerous ladies sitting next to slot machines pumping in their quarters These ladies definitely fitted what I refer to as obese.

Weight loss for good, is the goal of anyone unhappy with their current size or shape. The information on this web site is aimed at anyone who wants to lose weight and keep it off.

We dont have to tell you, being obese can have serious consequences to your health. These include an increased risk of heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, diabetes, gallstones, and some forms of cancer. Losing weight can help reduce each of these risks.

According to research by the Discovery Health Channel, 50 percent of children do not get enough exercise to develop healthy heart and lung systems. Furthermore, 78 percent have at least one heart disease risk and 20 to 30 percent are already obese.

Adults are in even worse shape with 64 percent not getting enough exercise to maintain healthy heart and lung systems, 24 percent never exercise, and more than 45 percent are overweight.

Victims of a Toxic Colon

Have you ever considered this simple question: Are you clean inside? We shower, brush our teeth and wash our hair on a daily basis, but we tend to ignore cleansing our insides until some form of disease sends us a wake-up call. Believe it or not, our insides, especially the colon which functions as the sewer system of our body, also requires regular cleaning. Constipation, parasites, IBS, gas, bloating, stomach pain, chronic fatigue, digestive problems can all be signs of a toxic colon. Dont be a victim, suffering silently from these painful and often embarrassing health conditions. Find out the truth about colon cleansing and how it can help you.

Why Is Colon Cleansing So Crucial?

We are all exposed to thousands of toxins and chemicals on a daily basis at work, in the home, through the air we breathe, our food and water supply, and through the use of pharmaceutical drugs. In addition, we are eating more sugar and processed foods than ever before in human history and regularly abuse our bodies with various stimulants and sedatives.

"Death Begins in the Colon"

These toxins and dead foods lead to poor digestion, constipation, toxic colon build-up, weight gain and low energy. These common symptoms are more than just an inconvenience they can lead to long-term health problems and serious disease.

Of all the polite topics of conversation, the state of one's intestines is probably at the bottom of most people's lists. Let's face it: Irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, gas, diverticulitis and colon cancer are simply not things we like to discuss. And yet, as the old expression goes, death begins in the colon. Don't believe it? Ask any coroner. Autopsies often reveal colons that are plugged up to 80 percent with waste material.
Vegetarian Times, March, 1998

Parasites May Rule the World

This waste material is home to, in the words of National Geographic,
"a sinister world of monstrous creatures that feed on living flesh: parasites. Discover magazine published a feature article in its August 2000 issue:

Every living thing has at least one parasite that lives inside or on it, and many, including humans, have far more. Scientistsare only just beginning to discover exactly how powerful these hidden inhabitants can be, but their research is pointing to a remarkable possibility: Parasites may rule the world. The notion that tiny creatures we've largely taken for granted are such a dominant force is immensely disturbing. We are collections of cells that work together, kept harmonized by chemical signals. If an organism can control those signals an organism like a parasite then it can control us. And therein lies the peculiar and precise horror of parasites.

The combination of environmental toxins, an unhealthy diet and parasites poses a grave danger to humans. In fact, parasites have killed more humans than all the wars in history, reported National Geographic in its award-winning documentary, The Body Snatchers.
