**So, I forgot to say what MY theory was. If you havent seen the video yet, see it first then read this. ;) Okay, so MY theory was that she's working out, NOT TO LOSE weight, but to tone her body more. Now, why do I think she mainly wants to tone her body? So that for her next video (from a song on her next album) she looks good (well toned body, more sex appeal, etc) But remember, thats only MY theory. She could just want to be healthier lol. :D The reason thats my theory is because many music artists have worked out alot before going on tour or before a new video.
